Platypus Payroll, LLC ("Platypus Payroll", "we", "us") operates platipay.com and provides payroll and related services. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website. It does not cover data processed inside the PlatPro Enterprise platform, which is governed by our client service agreements.

This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies — it contains no JavaScript at all. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it: by booking a call through our scheduling page (handled by Microsoft Bookings), emailing us, or calling us. That information typically includes your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to you, schedule and prepare for conversations you request, and provide services you engage us for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate (such as our email and scheduling providers) or where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence as long as needed for the purpose you sent it, and handle client data under SOC 2-aligned and HIPAA-compliant practices as described in our service agreements.
